The Tides Tavern has been popular and long-lasting fixture in the Gig Harbor community since the early 1970’s. Staff photographer Lee Giles III was out and about Monday at lunchtime to capture a few images of area patrons enjoying the food, friends and some spirits while enjoying the view of Gig Harbor Bay from the panoramic windows of the tavern.
